410 FLOOR STANDING SPEAKERS

The Image 410 is a compact two-way floor stand model. Aesthetically balanced and modest in size, this stunning model belies such modest dimensions and offers the bass response and 'weight' normally found in much larger speakers. Coupled with articulate 'voicing' and spatial imaging, the Image 410 is at ease with all types of music and recreates a finely presented sound stage, so typical of Image.

Made by hand, the 14cm Morel bass/midrange drivers have massive 75mm Hexatech voice coils for ultra-high power handling and signal response. The result is an effortless and dynamic bass response coupled with excellent cone control. A hand-treated soft dome tweeter that gives a seamless transition through the critical upper midrange was selected by us to extend the smooth and detailed treble to beyond 22kHz.

Cabinet design, integrity and construction are integral parts of all Image speakers and this model is no exception. From selecting the veneer to match each pair of cabinets through to the sand filled technology, every stage of handcrafting each loudspeaker remains uncompromised.

The Image 410 is designed for small to medium size listening rooms and can be placed reasonably close to rear walls. Although the design focus was on creating a small model for high quality 2-channel systems, the 410 is equally at home as a rear speaker in surround sound applications.
